Cardiac Health

In collaboration with the Heart Foundation our Cardiac Health Program is designed for people looking to improve their heart health or who have undergone heart procedures. It provides a safe and supportive environment for you to manage your heart health.

As we age it is important for us to look after and protect our heart health. Our program is made to support people who have had heart procedures or have symptoms of cardiac problems. It helps individuals in regaining health and returning to work or past activities and completing tasks of daily living. This program is directed towards people who:

  • Have been diagnosed with a cardiac condition.
  • Are preparing for heart surgery.
  • Are recovering from a heart procedure or cardiac event.
  • Have implantable devices.
  • Are at risk of a cardiac event.

Benefits
